JG Fitness is a premium private facility situated on Gateshead - Newcastle Quays.

We provide a safe space for you to train comfortably and confidently, designed for all abilities. Home to a wide range of equipment and a passionate team of driven Personal Trainers, we have all the tools you need to succeed on your fitness journey.

Trust the process

Trust the easy to follow process that minimises the effort and time required to produce the maximum results. We keep it simple and clear to make sure your fitness journey fits around your existing lifestyle rather then the other way around.

The personal training sessions at the studio are kept to either 1 to 1, or Semi Private of to just 4 people or small groups of 8-12 . The training will be between split resistance weights training with high intensity interval training weaved throughout the sessions. This type of training has been proven to get the best results for JG Fitness clients for over 15 years.

You will also have 15 minutes of time after each session to spend with your coach to talk through progress and to also have your weekly progress statistics recorded.

If you follow what we ask of you even 80-90% of the time we guarantee you amazing results, just look at all out success stories on our promotional videos or social media posts.

Fiona you are my hero 5.5 stone down

Fiona came to JG Fitness feeling flat, wanting more energy and to feel good about herself in her own skin.

As well as for aesthetics ,a huge reason she wanted to get fit is because she has MS and the obvious health benefits exercise has to help. Living with MS made her finally take the plunge and approach us for training.

We started slow and built up over time. It became clear quickly that Fiona was very focused and determined to make a real difference.

She just keeps improving every week, she is now on our Body Transformation Programme and week in week out is smashing it

She is an absolute inspiration and a great example of what hard work, determination and most of all consistency can get you.

Can you get a six pack - Yes, you can is the answer!

So proud of Richy - his physique just gets better and better each week!

His diet is on point every single day with the odd red wine and take away thrown in.

He gives each and every training session 100%.

For those that are carrying a lot of visceral fat around your middle and ask me can I get them a six pack and start laughing. Don’t laugh-Yes, you can is the answer!!

It just takes some hard work, dedication and actioning the feedback you recieve from your trainer.

Breaking habits with Support

Meri first came to JG Fitness after trying various diets and training programs - none seem to work for her.

Breaking habits was the first step in the her journey, this was initially tough and challenging.

With support from her Personal Trainer and hard work, she has changed what she thought she knew about fitness and learnt some key lessons in order to take control of her body.

Amazing to see clients learn the basics to ensure a complete and ongoing tranformation.

transforming Mind and body to become happier

Wow, wow, wow how amazing has Georgia done?!

She started on a good manageable calorie deficit and lost all the fat percent she wanted.

We then switched her programme to phase 2 and switched her to maintenance calories. This has now helped to maintain her weight and size, and the increase in her protein levels has allowed her to build new muscle.

All her training now is progressive overload resistance training to maximise muscle building. She now feels like a different person and has a new level of confidence she never could have imagined.

Take a bow Craig AKA Bruiser - we did it my friend, we did it!

4 years of sweat, tears, arguments, telling offs, high fives and man hugs - we have arrived at the destination!

To say I’m proud of him is an understatement.

Bruiser came to see me desperately unhappy and worried about his health he thought he was 24 stone, that first day he weighed in at 28 stone 3 pounds, he is strong enough to admit he had a few tears. But today he stepped on the scales at his target weight of 15 stone 11 pounds and coincidentally is now 2 pounds lighter then his PT. He has lost the full weight of a male Super Middle weight boxer!!

Full nutrition induction and individualised macros set for your goals.

Weekly statistics recorded and regular progress photos taking - we also take monthly InBody composition stats on Muscle and Fat levels

Training with a maximum of 4 people only per session

X3 30 min semi private personal training sessions per week

Prices to train with James add £50 per month.
